Cinnamon helps the mind work with great velocity and alertness, as it can boost the activity of the brain, removing nervous tension and memory loss. It also can aid to relieve menstrual cramps.
Jasmine
Jasmine helps to calm the senses and also works as an aphrodisiac; antispasmodic,;cicatrizant; decreases menopause symptoms; antiseptic; antidepressant; sedative and galactagogues.
Orange
Orange brings 'lightness' to body, and may aid in reducing anxiety, anger and depression while also offering mild aphrodisiac benefits.
Usage:
- Dilute upto 10 drops of essential oil with 30 ml of carrier oil for body massage, or applying to the temples and other sensitive points on the body.
- Add to bath water to invoke the properties of calmness and clarity.
- Diffuse 3-4 drops in a diffuser for a beautiful aroma throughout the day.
