1. Good Karma Wholeslae management is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside of its control

2. Any claims arising from invoices must be informed within seven working days of receipt of invoice

3. Good Karma Wholeslae management is not responsible for any product related quality issue or results of usage, we are happy to pass comment, complaint and issue with the supplier

4. All prices are subject to change without notice as prices are controlled by individual supplier

5. Order are subject to minimum quantity imposed by supplier

6. Credit card payment may subject to bank surcharge. (Please consider Direct Deposit or Bank Transfer payment method to avoid any surcharge.

7. Account may only be eligible for credit after credit application approval

8. In case of unavailability of certain products supplier, alternative supplier products can be offered. We will advise in advance.

9. Retailer/Wholesale account does not imply resell of product on third-party and other digital marketplaces (such as Amazon, ebay, MyDeal, Kogan etc) without Good Karma Wholesale's permission

10. All outstanding invoices are to be paid prior placing fresh order, unless account is approved for credit

11. By signing here Applicant has full understanding of the product suitability, limitation and any potential risk prior placing an order

12. Good Karma Wholeslae management manages current platform and no influence over product details provided by supplier, so please ensure you perform all due deligence prior placing an order

13. These terms and conditions may be changed or updated from time to time

14. You understand that Good Karma Wholesale is a community based B2B marketplace and do not hold inventory on behalf of suppliers, all orders are processed and shipped by individual supplier
